He wasbaptized Jan. 1,1894, set apart forhis mission Oct. 17,1911, and ordaineda Seventy at Rot-terdam pursuant toa letter from theFirst Presidency,dated July 21, 1913.He succeeded Pres. Roscoe W. Eai-dley,who sailed from Rotterdam July 26,1913, Elder Hair having served asmission secretary for some time underPres. Eardley. Brother Hair acted asmission president pro tem. until thearrival of the new president, Le GrandRichards, who took charge Jan. 1,1914. HANSINK, Johannes (Jan), tempo-rary president of the Netherlands Mis-sion in 1877, was born Nov. 4, 1827,at Zwolle, Holland, a son of GerritHansink and Catherine W.
