中文（繁體）：天主教西班牙道明會來到北台灣傳教，1905年，道明會林茂才神父來抵大稻埕，在教堂現址一帶購入大量土地，並於1911年鳩工興建哥德式教堂一座，於1914年落成，稱為「蓬萊町大聖堂」。
