Summary[edit]

Description Barsala Dak Bungalow in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, very fondly named as Quaid e Azam Memorial Dak Bungalow. A plaque installed here tells us that Quaid e Azam and Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah had a brief stay at the Bungalow while travelling from Srinagar to Rawalpindi in 1944. Located at the scenic spot of Barsala while travelling from Kohala to Muzaffarabad, this momentous hut is well preserved by AJK Government.
