Summary[edit]

Description
English: Plants in the so called "Sortengarten" connected to the Gärtner- und Häckermuseum in Bamberg. This garden is used to plant rare local varieties of plants, so they do not disappear. It is also used to teach people about those varieties, each variety has a little info board in its part of the bedding- here we see cabbage called "Unterpleichfelder Weißkohl" of the species Brassica oleracea var. capitata f. alba
