This company owns 59 1/2 acres of land abutting the north boundary of Seattle. It is valued, in round numbers at $2,500 per acre. There are iron and sulphur magnesia spring on the property. Their curative properties date back to the time of the earliest Indian legends...A sanitarium will be built. A carbonating plant will be installed. We are going to sell carbonated waters throughout the West. And we have the exclusive A.Y.P. privilege for the sale of all carbonated waters and soft drinks.
