English: Irish naval ship 'LÉ Eithne' in Belfast 'LÉ Eithne' is an Eithne class ship in the Irish Naval Service. She is seen here at the Albert Quay in Belfast taking part in the 2008 Maritime Festival.
The only ship in the Irish Naval Service fleet to have a flight deck, Eithne was also the last ship to have been built in the Republic of Ireland, constructed at Verholme Dockyard at Rushbrook, Cork and completed in 1984.
