עברית: נשיא המדינה יצחק הרצוג מעניק את 'אות הנשיא להתנדבות' לשנת תשפ"ג באירוע חגיגי שהתקיים בבית הנשיא. האות הוענק השנה ל-12 יחידים וארגונים ולרגל שנת ה-75 למדינת ישראל הוקדש האות לפועלות ולפועלים למען חיזוק החוסן הישראלי ולבניית קשרים בחברה הישראלית. המלצות על מקבלי האותות התקבלו מן הציבור כולו והזוכים נבחרו בהמלצתה של וועדה מייעצת שמונתה על ידי נשיא המדינה ומורכבת מאנשי ציבור וחברה. בראש הוועדה עמד רו"ח אהוד רצאבי. אות הנשיא להתנדבות הוא מיזם הפועל משנת 1974, ונוסד בתקופתו של הנשיא הרביעי למדינת ישראל, פרופסור אפרים קציר ז"ל. המיזם מתקיים בשיתוף פעולה של בית הנשיא והמועצה הישראלית להתנדבות, שבראשה עמד עשרות שנים אל"מ (במיל') ד"ר ברוך לוי שהלך לעולמו לאחרונה. במסגרת האירוע, ביצע הזמר עידן רייכל מספר שירים ביניהם השירים "אבן על אבן", ״שאריות של החיים״ והשיר ״לפני שייגמר.״ יום רביעי, כ"ה בסיון תשפ"ג, 14 ביוני תשפ"ג. קרדיט צילום: חיים צח/לע"מ.
