Nederlands: Isaac Sorious: De 17 provincien met aangrenzende landen. Vuurwerk in Den Haag. RP-P-OB-59.666, 1674. Vrede van Westminster, 1674. Ets. Beschrijving uit de bron: Vreugdevuren en vuurwerk afgestoken te Den Haag op 14 maart 1674 ter ere van de Vrede van Westminster, gesloten op 19 februari 1674. Links de Overwinning bij lauwerkransen met de portretten van Willem III en ziijn bevelhebbers, rechts de Faam met de portretten van de admiralen Tromp, De Ruyter, Banckert en Van Nes. In het midden allegorische figuren die de vrede tussen Nederland en Engeland symboliseren. De onderste helft van de prent bestaat uit een kaart van de zeventien provincies en het gebied ten oosten (tot Keulen) en ten zuiden daarvan (tot Parijs).

Description from the source: Bonfires and fireworks set off in The Hague on March 14, 1674 in honor of the Peace of Westminster, concluded on February 19, 1674. Left the Victory at laurel wreaths with the portraits of William III and his commanders, right the Fame with the portraits of the admirals Tromp, De Ruyter, Banckert and Van Nes. In the middle allegorical figures that symbolize the peace between the Netherlands and England. The bottom half of the print consists of a map of the seventeen provinces and the area to the east (to Cologne) and to the south (to Paris).
