Description
Deutsch: Blick in den Zuschauerraum von Süden, das Bühnenhaus liegt auf der Westseite. Das Theater ist in besonders gutem Zustand, weil es immer genutzt und damit auch unterhalten wurde. Die Seldschuken richteten in der Anlage eine Karawanserei ein.

Der Zwischengang auf etwa der Mitte der Ränge (griechisch diázoma, latein praecinctiones oder balteus) dient(e) der besseren Verteilung der Besucher.

Seit etwa 2010 wird das Theater nicht mehr für Theater- und Konzertaufführungen genutzt, weil insbesondere die Bassvibrationen, die die Konstrukteure nicht vorhersehen konnten, zu Schäden an der Bausubstanz geführt hatten.
