  • Dansk: Kunstnerens mor, Cathrine Lundbye (d. 1863); herfra til kunstnerens bror, Honoratus Lundbye (1821-1888); herfra til dennes svigerinde, Emilie Lundbye, f. Bierre (1825-1924); grosserer H.C. Broge (Emilie Lundbyes barnebarn); købt af denne 1954 af Ny Carlsbergfondet og foræret til KKS.

  • Dansk: Indhold / Kollation: På i alt 134 sider, foruden for- og bagperm med notater. Indbundet i gulbrunt, marmoreret papbind med blå lærredsryg. Dagbogen strækker sig fra 9. april - 18. juli 1846 og dækker hjemrejsen fra Italien, gennem Tyskland, Belgien og Holland til Danmark. Bogen er en af tre rejsedagbøger, som erhverves fra en slægtning af Lundbye, og som tilsammen dækker den store udenlandsrejse til Italien fra d. 5/6 1845 - 18/7 1846. Alle bøgerne er på forpermen forsynet med påskriften: "Disse 3 Rejsebøger tilhøre Emilie Lundbye født Bierre efter min Død."; efterfulgt af signaturen "H. Lundbye.", en person, der i inventarprotokollens proveniensrekonstruktion identificeres som Honoratus Lundbye, kunstnerens bror. En transkription af alle tre rejsedagbøger findes i Jørnæs, 1976.
