| Description |
Lietuvių: Jonas Galvydis gimė 1936 10 30 Utenos aps. Traidžiūnų km. Biologijos mokslų kandidatas (1972), habil. mokslų dr. (1993). Mokėsi Ilčiukų prad. m-kloje, 1955 baigė Utenos pirmąją vid. m-klą, 1960 Veterinarijos akademiją. 1962–63 dirbo veterinarijos gydytoju Molėtuose ir Panevėžyje. 1963–66 Veterinarijos akademijos asistentas. 1966–69 LMA bioochemijos instituto aspirantas. 1972 apgynė biologijos mokslo kandidatinę disertaciją. 1969–75 dirbo Biochemijos instituto jaunes. moksliniu bendradarbiu, 1975–78 Taikomosios enzimologijos instituto Genetikos ir selekcijos laboratorijos vedėju. 1978–80 Mikroorganizmų genetikos ir fiziologijos skyriaus vedėju.1980–93 dirbo įvairiuose Maskvos Mikrobiopromo institutuose laboratorijos vedėju. 1993 likvidavus institutus, išėjo į pensiją ir grįžo į Lietuvą. Yra 11 išradimų autorius, paskelbė 96 mokslinius straipsnius. Apdovanotas LŪPP aukso ir sidabro medaliais. |
