Justine Mertins was the mother of Johanna Dollart and grandmother of Henry F. and Cora J. Dollart. The family was of German heritage, living in Russia, before immigrating to Roslyn, Washington, where Henry and Cora were born. Frank, Johanna, Henry, and Cora moved from Roslyn to Seattle in 1907.
