Русский: Осциллограммы МДП-оптрона K293КП3А при питании светодиода импульсным током 1мА, 100Гц. Выходная цепь подключена к источнику 15В через сопротивление 10 кОм. Для тока 1 мА предельная частота импульсов с 50% скважностью - примерно 160 Гц (задержка включения около 3 мс). Для тока 2 мА предельная частота - примерно 330 Гц (задержка включения 1.5 мс). Задержка выключения (без учёта "хвоста") также обратно пропорциональна току (а точнее заряду затвора, который определяется уровнем засветки, которая пропорциональна току...) - но она на порядок короче задержки включения.
English: Switching of a MOS optocouple (Soviet K293КП3А) at a minimum LED current of 1 mA. Turn-on takes 3 ms, limiting switching frequency to 160 Hz. At DC, the MOSFET may be fully open by LED current as low as 0.3 mA, but the transient is impractically slow. |
