Rechtsboven de titelcartouche met daarbovenop links het wapen van Mechelen en rechts een variant van het wapen van Leuven. Links van de titelcartouche een allegorie van de waarheid, rechts Justitia. Bovenin de kaart een cartouche met drie schaalstokken: 2 Milliaria Germanica / 2 Milliaria Brabantica / 4 Milliaria Italica. Linksonder een cartouche met tekst. Op verso Latijnse tekst.
