Description
Español: Karina Pintarelli nació en el barrio de Flores en 1957, sostener su identidad como Karina la llevó a vivir situaciones de exclusión y violencias muy extremas. En los años que Karina decidió vivir su verdadera identidad (la que realmente sentía), en la Argentina había dictadura militar (1976). Finalmente luego de pasar tantas penurias el 15 de julio de 2022, el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación resolvió atender el reclamo de Karina Pintarelli reconociendo que, en el contexto de la dictadura cívico-militar, había sido perseguida de forma sistemática únicamente por ser mujer trans.
