Summary[edit]

Description
English: Kashmiri Traditional Bakery prefered with Kashmiri Nun Chai ( Pink Salt tea). These types of breads are mostly made by a Kandur (Traditional Baker) and are sold at a Kander-waan (Traditional Bakery). Different varieties of Kashmiri bread are made in different parts of Kashmir with different names but most common are Girdeh and Lawas. Most Kashmiris have 'Nun chai te Girdeh' as their breakfast.
