Description
English: Kharkov art museum. 1912.
Русский: Харьковский художественный музей. Улица Совнаркомовская, 11. Первоначально особняк миллионера Игнатищева, дореволюционного владельца Ивановского пивзавода (снесённого весной 2007 года). Здание построено как жилой особняк на одну семью в 1912 году академиком архитектуры А.Н. Бекетовым в стиле классицизма с элементами барокко и модерна.
В 1922-1928 годах в здании находился Совет Народных Комиссаров УССР (Совнарком), переехавший с ул. Дарвина, 2 (там он находиля в 1920-1921) и затем перехавший в построенный в 1928 году Госпром. По Совнаркому улица получила своё название.
