Kjøpmann og eier av gården Vestre Nøste Morten Kirkgaard og hans hustru Petronella Susanne Strøm Kirkgaard.

Han [Lars Wisløf] solgte 1799 for 4500 dlr. til XI) kjøpmann Morten Kirkgaard, som i 1804 måtte betale ytterligere 400 dlr. for odelsskjøte. I 1812 ga Kirkgaard 2000 dlr. til det nye universitetet, som fikk pant i gården her for denne summen. Men krisen etter 1814 knekket ham. I årene omkring 1820 måtte hans enke inngå flere kommisjonsforlik i gjeldssaker, og hun ble til og med pantet for byskatt på 91 spd. i 1822. Gården gikk til auksjon i 1823 og ble solgt for 3501 spd. til svigersønnen kjøpmann Album (...).
