English: Kotahi Mai Temple located in Kapilvastu Municipality Ward No. 5 Bhavani. The temple is located on the left side of the road, a little ahead of Dangari, passing through Nayantole of Kapilvastu Municipality. There is a temple of Kotahi Mai under a big Pipal tree. The locals worship the idol of 2 big elephants and 2 small elephants in the shadow of the people as Kotahi Mai. Sacrifice is also practiced in this Kotahi Mai temple. On the left side of the big elephant are 3 artistic stones which are also worshiped by the locals as Samai Mai.
