Description

. From the first two centuries of our era, in the Roman period, springs were discovered and named "aquis calidis", the warm waters because some of them, as indicated by the basin of the "Grande Grille" , Come out at 39 degrees! But the most famous source is the C?lestins, which is directly accessible in the famous Hall des Sources built by architect Charles Lecoeur and ironworker Emile Robert in 1903. The source is located at the foot of the old convent of the Celestines, built in 1410, of which there are only a few remains and which gave it its name.

The nineteenth-century neo-classical building housing the spring and the park's orangery are listed in the Monuments historiques in January 1986.
