| Description |
Español: El paraje de La Hoz en Cornejo, es el estrecho cañón rocoso del Río Trema y los sotos adyacentes. Dicho cañón constituye la mayor entrada de agua actual al complejo Kárstico de Ojo Guareña. EL Río Trema que se inicia en la unión del Río Ulemas y del arroyo de San Miguel, alcanza salvo en verano por su bajo caudal, la entrada al complejo conocida como Cuevas de Las Diaclasas. El agua pasa bajo la actual carretera adentrándose en el complejo y va alcanzando nuevas cuevas a medida que crece su caudal. Durante las crecidas asociadas a grandes lluvias o deshielos, de desploma por todas ellas, y una vez la capacidad de drenaje es superada, en la última cueva cercana al cartel de entrada a Cornejo desde Quintanilla del Rebollar, recorrerá el pueblo, momento de júbilo para los vecinos, por que sucede en contadas ocasiones |
