È ubicata in Piazza Don Bosco e le sue fondamenta affondano nei ruderi dell'antica Chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie di cui è ancora visibile la vecchi campana collocata su di un campanile. Sotto l'orologio si nota lo strano stemma di una sirena con tre stelle sul capo, la coda biforcuta e la scritta "Celi Amor". Significa che un tempo lontano a Cellamare esisteva il mare? Forse ma non è questo il motivo. È un potente simbolo che risale al periodo Etrusco e rappresenta la fertilità e il potere femminile ma racchiude anche un messaggio di accoglienza e di lasciar fluire quindi amore incondizionato e non attaccamento. Non solo, la Sirena rappresenta anche l'acqua (generata da Madre Terra) che trasporta l'anima dell'uomo verso il cielo ( le tre stelle) fino a farle raggiungere l'Amore Universal (Celi Amore appunto). Un simbolo molto attuale collegato al pensiero spirituale. La figura della Sirena fa riflettere sull'importanza del feminino insito nell'essere umano, in grado di collegare l'anima alle meraviglie del creato.
