La pompe Notre-Dame, actuel 4ème arrondissement. Sur la tête avale du pont. Elle est composée d'une tour carrée et de deux roues à palettes, mettant en mouvement un système de pompe. A gauche, les immeubles du front de Seine, rive droite. Au fond, l'église Saint-Gervais-Saint-Protais.
