Notes This is a copy of the original plate that is described by Hennin and dated by him c.1800: it was published in rue Montmartre n.110 et 98. It was engraved by L Darcis after Guerain, who is unrecorded and is here very tentatively identified with Pierre Narcisse Guérin. The sheet is folded and comes from the journal, 'London und Paris' published in Weimar. The engraver Starcke did much of his work for this journal.
