Title: Letter to Monsieur le Professeur Banting 5/02/1923 Author: Paulescu, N. C. (Nicolae), 1861-1931 Place/Date: Bucharest, 5 February 1923 Physical Description: 2 p. 20 x 13 cm. Scope and Content: Typescript letter written on University of Bucharest, Faculty of Medicine letterhead and signed by Prof. Dr. Paulescu. In French. Paulescu writes that he has read in Parisian Medical Journals papers published on the insulin research done by Banting in collaboration with several other scientists. He then asks Banting to send him reprints from the American Journal of Physiology explaining that he has also, for several years, been involved in research into the treatment of diabetes. He encloses a reprint of one of his publications on the subject that he supposes Banting has already read. Collection: Banting Location: University of Toronto Archives.
