English: Kiyohiko Shigeno (1846-1896) Hiroka 03-Meiji 29 50-year-old died. Lieutenant General of the Army, first rank Baron of the Third Order.
Background: The eldest son of the Choshu feudal lord Shinma Mayuda. Enlisted in an odd soldier, conquered Choshu and served in the Boshin War. After the Meiji Restoration, he served in the Army and participated in the Saga Rebellion as a Governor-General of the Governor of Saga. He served as chief of staff for the conquered governor in the Southwest War. After that, he served as a commander in charge of Nagoya Zindai, Commander of the 4th Infantry Brigade, Director of the Military Academy, and Officer of an Officer's School.日本語: 滋野清彦(しげの きよひこ)(1846-1896年)弘化03-明治29 50歳没。 陸軍中将 従三位勲一等 男爵 。
経歴:長州藩士 真弓田信眞の長男。奇兵隊に入隊し長州征伐、戊辰戦争に従軍する。 維新後、陸軍に出仕し佐賀の乱に佐賀征討総督幕僚参謀として出征。 西南戦争では征討総督本営参謀を務めている。 その後は名古屋鎮台司令官や歩兵第4旅団長、陸軍士官学校長、将校学校監など歴任後予備役となるが日清戦争が始まると留守近衛師団長に任命された。 |
