Description
Deutsch: Hintere Schulterluxation im Röntgenbild (links) mit dem so genannten "light-bulb-sign" oder Glühbirnenzeichen. Der Humeruskopf ist durch die Verkantung am hinteren Rand des Glenoids rotiert und zeigt daher eine an eine Glühbirne erinnernde Kontur. Rechts die gleiche Schulter nach der Reposition.
