Description
Français : Lille (France - Nord) - La rue des Arts ou, sans doute, une des rues perpenpidulaires à cet axe ; celle-ci ne finissait pas en angle droit sur une autre rue.
Les rues du Bois Saint-Étienne et des Oyers, -détruites avant 1914 pour la construction du Nouveau Boulevard" (Rue Carnot)- et la place du Marché aux Poulets débouchaient rue des Arts. Ce cliché a sans doute était pris du débouché assez étroit de la place aux poulets vers le rue des Arts.
