Description
Français : Lille (France - dép. du Nord) — Lieu de l'avant Port de la Haute Deûle et de l'accès à l'ancien Port Vauban. Photo prise de l'avenue Mathias Delobel, ancien tronçon de l'avenue de Dunkerque alors qu'elle n'était pas coupée par la la réalisation des travaux du contournement de la Deûle par l'Est de la citadelle dans les années 1970. Anvant cette date, les péniches passaient par la Moyenne Deûle en empruntant l'écluse située à l'entrée de l'avenue M.Delobel.
