Summary[edit]
DescriptionLogo detail of 4 door Le Zebre Tourer seen in Adelaide, South Australia.jpg |
English: This is said to be a Serie Z of the Le Zèbre tourer car originally built somewhere between 1926 and 1927 in Puteaux, Seine. Ian Loader of Adelaide is said to be the owner of the vehicle and apparently this French-made vehicle was imported into Australia and an Australian-built body attached.
I am not sure why this car was in Pirie Street, Adelaide, South Australia. I assume that as a number of other vintage vehicles were about to participate in the Annual Australia Day Multi-Cultural Parade so this one, parked right on the corner next to the Parade route, was also there for that purpose. Maybe it was even to be used for the French cultural group as part of their theme. |
