Description
English: London county boundary and Lissenden Gardens The route up to Parliament Hill from Gospel Oak follows the old county boundary which is indicated by a series of these cast iron markers. Beyond can be seen Lissenden Gardens flats described by John Betjeman, who lived nearby as a child, as “red cliffs”.
