Summary
[edit]DescriptionLost heritage - geograph.org.uk - 1702231.jpg |
English: Lost heritage I feel this is disgusting and I'm sorry the photo does not show the full impact of what has been done here. An Application to the SODC was filed and granted, Chilton Waste won the contract and the rail cutting was in filled to bridge level. Now the cutting has gone and the memory of the Navvy's that built it has been lost forever. The Council let go the chance to to utilise the land for leisure use as it would have made a wonderful walk or cycleway like the one that runs from Didcot to Upton. |
