Description
English: Temperature distribution on an aluminium heat sink with low efficiency cooling fins. The fin temperature decreases from the base to the fin top. The numerical simulation was performed with the CFD software Flotherm. Heat sink dimensions 25 x 55 mm, fin height 35 mm, fin thickness 0.2 mm, air temperature 20°C, air velocity 3 m/s, heat dissipation 12 W. Deutsch: Temperaturverteilung an einem Aluminium-Kühlkörper mit Kührippen mit einem kleinem Wirkungsgrad. Die Temperatur nimmt von der Basis zu Rippenspitze stark ab. Die numerische Simulation wurde mit der CFD Software Flotherm durchgeführt. Kühlkörpergröße 25 x 55 mm, Rippenhöhe 35 mm, Rippendicke 0,2 mm, Lufttemperatur 20°C, Luftgeschwindigkeit 3m/s, Verlustleistung 12 W. Bild mit der Temperaturskala image:Low efficiency fins.png
