This is a forged DD-214 form giving credit to L Ron Hubbard for awards and positions he did not earn.

• Areas not highlighted (white) are more or less the same as his real DD-214.
• Green highlights are for minor errors between the two
• Yellow highlights denote moderate errors
• Red highlights indicate entries which might as well be fictional.
