English: Aerial photo of the city center, with the area around the Oosterkade, the Oudehaven, and the Witte Huis on the Geldersekade in the foreground on the right. On the left the Boompjes and the Scheepmakershaven and in the foreground the Willemsbrug and the railway bridge with the railway viaduct. In the middle on the left is the Wijnhaven and behind it the Blaak and further on the Steigersgracht. In the background from left to right the Coolsingel, the Delftsevaart, the Laurenskerk, the Binnenrotte and on the far right the Gemeentebibliotheek on the Nieuwemarkt, near the Botersloot. From the southeast. Year: 1945 - 1946.
Nederlands: Luchtfoto van de binnenstad, met op de voorgrond rechts de omgeving van de Oosterkade, de Oudehaven, en het Witte Huis aan de Geldersekade. Links de Boompjes en de Scheepmakershaven en op de voorgrond de Willemsbrug en de spoorbrug met het spoorviaduct. In het midden links de Wijnhaven en daarachter de Blaak en verderop de Steigersgracht.
