Description
English: Binh Tuy Province, South Vietnam. February 1970. An armoured personnel carrier (APC) churns up dry season dust during Operation Matilda. The APC of A Squadron, 1st Armoured Regiment, was one of forty-four armoured vehicles and 270 soldiers taking part in an eleven day search for the Viet Cong (VC) across three provinces in the biggest Australian armoured operation since World War II.
