English: AKA LAYTON CASTLE; THE CASTLE WAS BUILT IN 1912 BUT INCORPORATED THE COTTAGE OF SWISS SETTLER, HENRY BRY WHO WAS ACTIVE IN THE SILK INDUSTRY, VINE GROWING, AND OTHER BUSINESS ACTIVITIES. HE WAS A FRIEND OF NOTABLES SUCH AS STEPHEN GIRARD OF PHILADELPHIA, ALBERT GALLATIN, AND JOHN JACOB AUDUBON. THIS DAUGHTER IN LAW BUILT THIS CASTLE AFTER HER PHYSICIAN HUSBAND DIED AT AGE 29
