DescriptionM 290 001 a 02.jpg	Čeština: Foceno z lávky nad kolejištěm pravděpodobně ve stanici Přerov v červnu 1936 v poledních hodinách. Dvojice vozů M 290.0 sem v rámci zkušebních a předváděcích jízd v úterý 30. června přivezla výpravy novinářů z Prahy a z Bratislavy na Středomoravskou výstavu – významnou událost tehdejší doby, kterou od 20. června do 16. srpna navštívilo půl milionu lidí, a jejíž součástí byla také do té doby největší železniční expozice v Československu. Vůz, který dorazil z Prahy, vyrážel v 8:10 z Wilsonova (dnes Hlavního) nádraží a do Přerova dorazil v 11:18, trať dlouhou 274 km urazil za 3 hodiny 8 minut. Snímek vzácně zachycuje pohromadě oba dva vyrobené vozy řady M 290.0, navíc dokládá i původní nátěr horní části střechy, který byl od zbytku vozové skříně odlišný. Dle dobových popisů byla vozová skříň višňově červená, zatímco střecha měla barvu starého zlata.
