Description : Cette demeure a été construite à partir des matériaux provenant d'une ancienne maison qui occupait auparavant le même emplacement. Il apparait difficile de reconnaitre à la maison Reid Wilson un style défini. La maison de laquelle elle a tiré ses matériaux était déjà des plus éclectiques. Elle puisait à la fois dans le style victorien d'inspiration italienne et dans les styles néo-gothique et néo-roman. La nouvelle demeure, en plus d'assimiler ces styles, comporte des additions de style Beaux-Arts. (Source : François Rémillard, Brian Merrett.
