Français : Inauguré le 24 mars 2012, la Maison de la Culture de Bobo-Dioulasso est une institution publique qui a pour mission de mettre à la disposition des acteurs culturels, un cadre professionnel de production, diffusion et d’échanges culturels. Sa vocation est d’être :

– Un centre de création, de production et de diffusion artistique et culturelle, prioritairement destiné aux arts de la scène, aux arts visuels, aux arts littéraires, au cinéma/audiovisuel ;

– Un lieu de formation et de soutien à la professionnalisation des acteurs ;

– Un cadre de promotion du dialogue et de la concertation ;

-Un espace de développement de partenariats et de renforcement de la coopération culturelle.

En 2015, elle a été baptisée « Maison de la Culture Monseigneur Anselme Titianma SANON », du nom de l’Archevêque Emérite et homme de culture originaire de la région des Hauts-Bassins. C’est un Etablissement Public à caractère Administratif dirigé par Monsieur Etienne LOMPO.

L’infrastructure comprend une salle de spectacle de 1500 places dotée d’un équipement de sonorisation et de lumière de haute technologie, 3 salles de conférences équipées d’une capacité de 200 places chacune, une salle de réunion de 100 places, une salle de répétition, une salle d’exposition et un salon VIP.
English: Inaugurated on March 24, 2012, the Maison de la Culture de Bobo-Dioulasso is a public institution whose mission is to provide cultural players with a professional framework for cultural production, dissemination and exchange. Its vocation is to be :

- A center for artistic and cultural creation, production and dissemination, with priority given to the performing arts, visual arts, literary arts and cinema/audiovisual arts;

- A place for training and supporting the professionalization of players;

- A framework for promoting dialogue and consultation;

-A space for developing partnerships and strengthening cultural cooperation.

In 2015, it was named "Maison de la Culture Monseigneur Anselme Titianma SANON", after the Archbishop Emeritus and man of culture from the Hauts-Bassins region. It is a public administrative establishment managed by Mr. Etienne LOMPO.

The infrastructure includes a 1,500-seat auditorium with high-tech sound and lighting equipment, 3 conference rooms with a capacity of 200 seats each, a 100-seat meeting room, a rehearsal room, an exhibition hall and a VIP lounge
