En ny rapport 20170316 från Øresundsinstituttet visar att det skapats mer øn 5200 nya, och ofta kvalificerade, jobb i Malmö genom inflyttning och nyetablering av kontor efter bygget av Öresundsbron - nya huvudkontor, regionala huvudkontor och funktionskontor inom en koncern, specialist- och utvecklingskontor samt mötesplatser. De största etableringarna har skett genom tre bolagsgrupper grundade av Ingvar Kamprad - IKEA Group, Inter IKEA Group och Ikano som har tre kontor i Malmö: Hubhult vid möbelvaruhuset i Svågertorp, Klipporna (internt kallat Klipphult) i Hyllie och Centralen som syns till vänster i bild vid Anna Lindhs plats (där finns flera av Inter IKEA:s avdelningar och däribland funktionshuvudkontoret för IKEA Food med 100 anställda som utvecklar livsmedels- och restaurangkoncept till de 392 IKEA-varuhus i världen med en livsmedels- och restauarangomsättning på två miljarder euro... © ØresundsinstituttetCC BY 3.0).
