Angler mit arktischem Saibling (Milchner) Das Boot hat die Angler abgesetzt und sie beginnen sofort mit dem Lachs- und Regenbogenforellen fischen. Die Boote sind enorm schnell und koennen auch im nur wenigen Zentimeter tiefen Wasser eingesetzt werden. Es gibt aber auch vierbeinige Fischer, die unvermittelt auftauchen und auf die man im eigenen Interesse ein ganz besonderes Auge haben muß. Dann heißt es schnell in das Boot und den Rueckzug antreten. Ein Angler - er verbringt gerade seinen Urlaub mit angeln an einem Fluß - hat einen arktischem Saibling (Milchner) gefangen. Wie nach der catch-and-release fishing Methode vorgeschrieben, laeßt er den Fisch sofort wieder frei. Vor allem wenn der kapitale Fang durch Fotos dokumentiert wird - was mehr oder weniger lange Zeit in Anspruch nimmt - sind die Fische trotzdem einem erheblichen Streß ausgesetzt. Kein Entkommen dagegen gibt es fuer sie, wenn sie von den anderen Fischern - den Baeren - gefangen werden. Und die wissen ganau, wenn gerade der "salmon run" oder ein anderer Fischzug ankommt.
