Description
English: Inhabitants of the city of Villa Rosa (a city of Pilar Partido in Buenos Aires, Argentina) protesting against the Municipal Government. Near the neighbors, a Belgrano Line train is about to cross the street. The GRS grade crossign signal is operating without the barrier.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
