Français : Autres titres : Manoir Fraser-Lizotte;Manoir Fraser;32, rue Fraser, Rivière-du-Loup. Description : Le manoir, érigé en 1829, a été rénové en 1888. Les travaux sont effectués dans le style néo-Queen Anne, selon les plans commandés à l'architecte Georges-Émile Tanguay, qui réalisera plusieurs bâtiments prestigieux dans la ville de Québec. II réunit un nombre exceptionnel d'éléments rattachés à ce style, qui se matérialise notamment dans la composition asymétrique de la façade, la tourelle d'angle, le pignon à demi-croupe au-dessus de l'entrée et les barreautins de la galerie. Ayant subi peu de modifications depuis 1888, le manoir constitue le plus important exemple d'architecture résidentielle néo-Queen Anne à Rivière-du-Loup.
