Summary[edit]
Margaret Beaufort, mother of Henry VII of England
I have cropped the bottom of this picture of a 15th-century painting of Margaret Beaufort, the mother of King Henry VII, kneeling at prayer. The portcullis, the Beauforts' emblem, is visible in the rondelle in the window on the left and in the tapestry on the right. -- en:User:Isis.
