English:
Church of the Annunciation other name Little Serbian orthodox church. Late Baroque. The church was built in 1843 on the site of a building erected in 1754 by the foundation of a Serbian farming couple. In 1972 the city bought it and converted it into a chamber hall of the music school. Currently empty. - After liberation from Turkish occupation, a significant number of Serbs (Orthodox Christians) arrived in Baja from the unliberated areas of the Balkans. They became very rich primarily as a result of trade with the southern areas, as evidenced by the fact that they also built a large church, according to the peculiar interior church architecture of Greek Orthodox Christianity, as well as the so-called small Serbian church in Batthyány Street and the St. George cemetery chapel in Kiscsávoly borough (east Baja). The number of Serbian inhabitants decreased significantly by the last third of the nineteenth century. The church and the residential building on same plot (close to each other) are listed with same ID no. The Szabadság Street side house built as the foundation tenement house of the church community between 1820 and 1840. It was nationalized in 1952. It was completely renovated in 1954 and between 1986 and 1990. The church stands in the courtyard of the dwelling house. Its plot is higher than the surrounding street level. It is bordered by a retaining wall on the north and a brick wall in the courtyard of the dwelling house on the south, and on the side of the church are tombstones from the 18th and 19th centuries - Batthyány Lajos Street, Downtown, Baja, Bács-Kiskun County, Hungary.

Bajai Gyümölcsoltó Boldogasszony-templom. 1843-ban? (máshol 18.sz.) építették. 1972-ben a város megvásárolta s a zeneiskola kamaratermévé alakíttatta át. Jelenleg üresen áll. Táblájának felirata: 'Műemlék jellegű. Régi szerb templom. Késő barokk stílusú. 18.sz.d. végén épííítették- 'Kis szerb templom és alapítványi ház' műemlék azonosító: 2116, törzsszám:554. A mellette álló épület épült 1820-1840 között a hitközség alapítványi bérházának. 1952-ben államosították. 1954-ben és 1986-1990 között teljesen felújították. A templom a lakóház udvarában áll. Telke magasabban fekszik, mint a környező utcaszint.
