The multi-colored design features an illustration of a long white building with a blue roof and multiple wings, with green landscaping, trees, and a road in the foreground and a blue, yellow, and pink sky in the background. The words, "Martinsville Sanitarium, Martinsville, Ind." are printed below. Indiana, Floyd County, New Albany. Collected and bequeathed to the Indiana State Museum through the Alice Scott Berkman Estate. No individual provenance found in donor file.
