Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Mascletaes in La Canyada
A mascletá (from the Valencian: mascletà) is a pyrotechnic shot typical of the Valencian Community that makes up a very noisy and rhythmic composition that is fired with festive motifs in squares and streets, usually during the day. It receives its name from the masclets (petardos of a great sound power) linked by a wick forming a line or traca. These are usually held at medium height hanging with ropes or raised by cannons.
