| Description |
English: Matila House in Pikisaari, Oulu, Finland. Built in the 1730s, it's the oldest surviving wooden building in Oulu. It wasn't originally located in Pikisaari, but was moved there in 1983. Nowadays it houses Sailor's Home Museum.
Suomi: Matilan talo Oulun Pikisaaressa. 1730-luvulla rakennettu talo on Oulun vanhin puurakennus. Se sijaitsi alun perin Oulusta Liminkaan johtaneen tien varrella, ja siirrettiin Pikisaareen 1983. Nykyisin talossa toimii Merimiehenkotimuseo. |
