Deutsch: Das Mausoleum Gans ist die größte Grabstätte auf dem Frankfurter Hauptfriedhof, erbaut 1909 durch den Industriellen Friedrich Ludwig von Gans (1833–1920). Entwurf von Friedrich Christoph Hausmann (1860–1936) in Anlehnung an den Tempietto des Bramante auf dem Gelände der Kirche S. Pietro in Montorio in Rom. 1932 übernommen durch den Frankfurter Verein für Feuerbestattung. Es wird nach wie vor für die Beisetzung von Urnen genutzt und ist für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. |
